Efficient and Clean Stay

the location is great for public transportation tram number 4 runs frequently to the center it takes about ten minutes i found this very convenient the hotel provided easy access to different parts of the city. the check in was fast and the staff were friendly making the arrival process smooth the room was clean and in pristine condition.

the room was a bit small limiting movement and space for luggage.

vlady was helpful. he assisted with my luggage. he provided an extra chair, which i appreciated. he also made calls to the hospital when my wife became ill.

the business room was very hot in april. there is no air conditioning. the wifi was very slow in the evenings.
